Spring in a glass! Damien has been searching high and low for this wine since he moved to the Tri-cities in 2017! It’s not the most showy wine but it is just right: savory pear with sugar that isn’t sticky sweet, tight bubbles, and screams Italian Rivera. This is a great food wine, though it’s sweet which is not typical. Pair it with Thai food or a pear chicken gorgonzola salad. However you pair it, if you like sweet white wines, this will become a regular on your wine shelf!
