Most folks think they want a sweet Riesling and consider a dry version of the varietal a slight pariah. But when people try a dry German-style Riesling they like it and many prefer it. This dry Riesling, or shall we say less sweet Riesling, has a great peachiness, hint of lemon, and a clean fruitiness that doesn't linger. It’s perfect for warmer weather as a refreshing sipper or a great food wine.
