Crafting an eastern Washington wine that is delicate takes skill and/or the right kind of grape. This wine has hints of cranberry and a light tartness on the nose that moves into hints of cherry and has a dry finish that leaves you ready for that next bite of food. It’s a lighter version of all the flavors that put eastern Washington on the map, good in its own way. Perfect to pair with bleu cheese but also drinkable all by itself.
